Franca Taris

General Manager

Franca was born in Piedmont and raised in Sardinia. Franca started working in hospitality for fun, just after she finished her studies. Her first experience was at Forte Village Resort, a spectacular place in the south of Sardinia, where she discovered a real passion and love for the hospitality world. She came to Brighton, England where she worked for 10 years. Then Franca moved to London where she took a job as a Chef De Rang in Jason Atherton's Pollen Street Social where she quickly progresses to Head Waiter. After a year and a half at Pollen Street Social, Franca moved to Hide as part of the opening team where she progressed to become an Assistant Manager. After three years she moved to Hideaway as Restaurant Manager. After a year there Franca took on the new venture of the White Horse becoming General Manager. At The White Horse, Franca shared her love of wine and her passion for service in a charismatic social setting. She is now back at Hideaway as the General Manager

as well as a coveted five stars in the Evening Standard.

Located at 85 Piccadilly, HIDE enjoys incredible views over Green Park and offers a relaxed and
holistic setting in which to savour seasonal cooking at its best, complemented by the UK’s most comprehensive
wine list and including two restaurants, a cocktail bar & five private dining spaces.

Studio Caché is boutique design studio specialising in interiors, events and branding.
The company was founded by Tatiana Fokina and is based in London. As Artistic Director, Tatiana leads
a small team of designers and project managers with experience and ability to deliver a diverse and

Attention to detail forms the core of our design ethos and each project is a collaborative journey with our clients.
We encourage you to participate across all stages of the creative process, thus creating unique, highly personal design outcomes.
Our team hand pick all furniture and fittings, and fully oversee the execution of the work by contractors to ensure
that the final outcome is of the highest possible quality.
